Kayleigh started AlphaOps without a traditional technology background—just relentless curiosity and the conviction that a determined person can learn to build what the moment requires.
As a homeschooling mother leading a busy household, she learned to see the systems underneath daily friction: the handoff that fails, the information entered twice, the tool that forces people to work around it. AlphaOps grew from turning those operating problems into software.
Today she drives the product vision behind every AlphaOps system: find the problem worth solving, understand how the operation really works, and build something powerful enough to change the company that uses it.
