Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. They govern website use and pre-engagement communication only. Consulting, development, managed infrastructure, or other project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Lawful use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false or fraudulent information, disrupt or probe the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, or spam the inquiry form.

3. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting the form requests information; it does not create a client relationship or an obligation on either party. Estimates, timelines, examples, and pricing ranges shown or discussed before a signed agreement are planning information—not binding offers. Inquiry information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, logos, graphics, and design belong to AlphaOps or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client project names and screenshots are used with permission or refer to work AlphaOps performed; underlying third-party marks belong to their owners. Ownership of client deliverables is controlled by the applicable project agreement.

5. Product and trust statements

Descriptions of AlphaOps systems reflect their stated scope and current public readiness at the time of publication. They do not guarantee identical results for another company. Framework mappings, planned controls, and self-attestations are not independent certifications. The current public status is stated in the Trust Center.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” for general information. AlphaOps makes no warranty that site content is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular project. A separate signed agreement defines warranties, acceptance criteria, and obligations for engaged work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this website. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for engaged project work is addressed in the applicable project agreement.

8. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services or client applications. AlphaOps is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect when posted and the “Last updated” date will reflect the current version.

10. Contact
